Had Building and Pest done a couple of months ago and super happy with the result. They are very thorough and picked up on a lot of things we would have never even knew existed. Just reading the indepth report shows how much knowledge Paul has in the field, you definitely need to choose them! Prompt response when first enquiring, and worth every cent! Definitely recommend.

Great service! Highly recommend. I have requested a couple of inspections and Paul always responded to my requests very quickly. The inspections were performed within two days and the reports are clear, detailed and helpful.

I contacted Paul for a building inspection in a short notice. He called me back and scheduled an appointment very quickly. Inspection was conducted by Michael, who discussed with me about some severe issues while he was conducting the inspection. Next day, I received his professional report. I negotiated the price with the vendor by presenting the inspection report, a piece of strong evidence. In my opinion, Michael and Paul are one of the best inspectors I have ever met. Strongly recommend this team!
