Had Building and Pest done a couple of months ago and super happy with the result. They are very thorough and picked up on a lot of things we would have never even knew existed. Just reading the indepth report shows how much knowledge Paul has in the field, you definitely need to choose them! Prompt response when first enquiring, and worth every cent! Definitely recommend.

I contacted Paul for a building inspection in a short notice. He called me back and scheduled an appointment very quickly. Inspection was conducted by Michael, who discussed with me about some severe issues while he was conducting the inspection. Next day, I received his professional report. I negotiated the price with the vendor by presenting the inspection report, a piece of strong evidence. In my opinion, Michael and Paul are one of the best inspectors I have ever met. Strongly recommend this team!

I called up Paul Byers for my investment property pre purchase building & pest inspection, He was very professional & explain me what he will inspect & what’s not included. He arranged the inspection on very short notice,Paul Baker has done the inspection, it was very thoroughly done and the report was comprehensive detailed with attached photos.I called up Paul Baker twice to get some clarification on the report, both time he was very polite responsive & helpful, he explained & answered all my questions on the spot. When I called Paul I was in a bit of a pickle. I had a building inspection completed by a non VBA registered practitioner which meant their report was useless and I needed to get a qualified practitioner on very short notice.Paul was absolutely amazing and organised Wayne for my inspection thr very next day. His report was so detailed and quoted the appropriate acts.I can't thank you guys enough!

5 Star service - just check out the other reviews here.Paul contacted me directly on a Public Holiday (Grand Final Friday of all holidays) to advise that the inspection was booked for the following Monday.Wayne (Inspector) left me a voicemail on the Monday advising that the inspection was complete and the report would be sent to me by the following day. On Monday evening, I received the comprehensive report, which picked up a lot of minor issues that I had not even noticed, nor would have expected anyone else to have noticed.Great service, great blokes - can and will recommend them to everyone.

I just got my Eynesbury home inspected before purchase and I was pleasantly shocked at how in depth the report and inspection was. The vendor said he spent over 2 hours and left not a single thing off the report .The price was 100 dollars less than the others I got quoted and let me tell you that I would of payed even more had I known just how good of a job he did.I now have peace of mind regarding my purchase as now I know the house was thoroughly inspected and my investment and family are safe.Thanks alot guys, I would recommend you to anyone I know needing your services.

STOP! If you’re looking for an inspection company, you don’t have to look any further. Put your pen down and pick your phone up and call Paul and his team right now. Price, highly competitive. Service, exceptional and was superior to any other mob I tried to engage. Technical expertise, outstanding - just take a look at sample reports on the website - mine was of similar depth and quality. Seriously, compared to the others around Melbourne, these guys are the best. There’s a reason so many people give them 5 stars. You can purchase or make decisions with confidence with these guys. Paul and his team saved us tens of thousands on our potential first home. Their thorough and comprehensive review provided us with some solid knowledge (which was easily understandable by two people with little to no building or pest knowledge) and whilst disappointing, it was certainly a relief that the things found in the report have saved us a lot of money and heartache down the line.They are personable, responsive and provide a great service which you can be comfortable with. Highly recommend Paul and his team. As a first home buyer, it can become quite stressful dealing with unforeseen issues. Paul was more than happy to help after explaining my situation and raising my concerns with him during our phone call. These guys are amazing, I had a building inspection done by another company but didn’t realise they weren’t register building practitioners, so couldn’t get out of the contract I’d signed when issues were found, but these guys organised to come out and save me on a Saturday with less than 24 hours notice, wrote up the report on the spot, and saved me From buying into a terrible apartment complex! I engaged Building and Pest Inspection Melbourne for a pre-purchase inspection. I am SO GLAD that I did...because Mohammed was able identify key structural issues which could have costed me over $20K to fix.....Their stage gate check stopped me from getting into the stress of costly repairs later.I will surely be engaging Paul and Mohammed again for my next purchase. Paul was quick to respond to my query and book in an inspection time. Very happy with the inspection and report by Mo as he found a major defect in the property I had not been aware of when I had signed a contract to purchase (which turned out to be an undisclosed problem that the current owner knew about). Mo was happy to answer post-inspection questions I had and I’ll definitely be using these guys for the next one I need. Trust me folks; the inspections are worth it!

Without going into too much detail, I assumed that I was going to get financing for a property I was interested in and I booked Paul's services for a pre-auction inspection. He is very upfront and honest about the need to pre-pay for these inspections via bank transfer and so I did. He was extremely responsive and I felt that I could get a hold of him at any time. The service also looked to be comprehensive and allowed for us to be on-site at the same time as the inspector.However, due to the banks being banks, I couldn't actually achieve the funding needed to win the property and I was dreading the call to Paul to explain the fact that I would not be able to proceed with the inspection.Paul was more than understanding and promptly proceeded to transfer the money back. OVER THE WEEKEND NO LESS.Whilst he's a professional, he's also sympathetic. It's to my great regret we weren't able to proceed but I can't recommend Paul and his team highly enough. I know who I'll be recommending moving forward.

Paul was very responsive and he was able to organise a building and pest inspection with the real estate agent the very next day.The inspection was performed by Mo and he was able to talk me through his findings straight after the inspection was completed and answered any questions I had.
